Dave Allen was our speaker on July 28th. Dave talked about about the many special people in who influenced his life, and about his successful work and personal experiences, He ended by talking about retirement and his need to find a new identity. Dave has learned that “meaning and purpose doesn’t come from serving self”. He now spends time working with and serving seniors and noted life is about finding ways to serve, which in turn gives purpose.
