Monica Sella of MCOP /SWCAP visits on Friday

Monica Sella from the MultiCultural Outreach Program (MCOP) is pictured above with Optimist Club President Alaina Reeves. MCOP joined Southwestern Wisconsin Community Action Program (SWCAP) in 2023. MCOP is made up of bilingual (English/Spanish) staff and volunteers serving the immigrant population who work on Wisconsin's dairy farms, in cheese factories, and in small businesses. They direct services to clients who have specific concerns about accessing health care and social services, legal and financial counsel as well as communicating with their children’s schools and other issues.
