Stefanie Rose from the Wisconsin Legislative Reference Bureau spoke about the Wisconsin Blue Book. The Blue Book began as a handy legislative manual in 1859 for our state leaders to reference. It was originally assigned to the Chief Clerk of the Assembly but is now maintained by the Secretary of State's office. It is also available in an electronic version at https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/misc/lrb/blue_book/2023_2024. The electronic version allows for it to be kept current instead of waiting for it to be published and printed bi-annually.
