Having spent 30 years in law enforcement, Governor Diane shared her focus on Respect for Law. She is encouraging every club within the SWIS District to do some small act to show respect for law within their communities, sharing several ideas. She also encouraged members to attend a quarterly conference to connect with Optimists from other clubs within the district and to better realize the whole picture of Optimism.
